Mantan Timbalan Naib Canselor UPM, Prof. Datuk Dr. Kamarudin Kachar tiba-tiba muncul membuat kenyataan berkaitan usul undi tidak percaya yang diluluskan untuk 'membuang' Datuk Seri Dr. Shafie Salleh dari pergerakan sedunia itu.
Di Malaysia, Dr. Shafie dilantik ke jawatan Ketua Pengakap Negara saat dia menjawat Menteri Pengajian Tinggi - dan saat itu aku adalah seorang pimpinan rasmi pelajar di UPM. Siapa tak tahu kisah 'persengketaan Dr. Shafie dan Naib Canselor UPM waktu itu, Prof. Dato' Dr. Zohadie Bardaie'. Kesan 'persengketaan' ini telah memberi kesan kepada seluruh pergerakan pelajar berikutan 'kepala batu Dr. Shafie' meletakkan proksinya (hingga kini) di jawatan TNC (HEP) yang tidak dipersetuji oleh majoriti pensyarah, kakitangan dan pelajar.
Untuk Dr. Shafie, saya fikir ini mungkin masa yang tepat untuk anda beristirehat dan berhenti dari posisi yang merosakkan sistem.

The vote of non-confidence against our KPN was uncalled for, unethical, unlawful and down right idiotic.
ReplyDeleteOur KPN was appointed by His Majesty The King ie. Royal Appointment (Watikah Di Raja). Whereas Dato’ KK was appointed by our KPN and of cause our KPN has every right to suspend him or anyone for that matter as he sees fit.
Clearly stated in the POR, Section II, Div IV, No. 80 that during suspension he is not allowed to attend or be part of any scout activities or event or function, not allowed to wear scout uniform and scout badges.
Also in the POR of the same Section, No. 35 stated that no scout is allowed to make any press statement in press, radio, TV, film and other publications. Dato’ KK was suspended on 17 March 2008 and his press conference was on 22 March 2008. Obviously Dato’ KK has violated the POR under Section II, Div IV No. 80 & No. 35.
100 years of scouting in Malaysia, Dato’ KK was the first to make a resolution against the KPN. Dato’ KK with malicious intent urge his sidekicks to make a vote of non-confidence against our KPN asking him to resign. The resolution was circulated and published in various media for public viewing.
His act is senseless, irrational, futile and should be condemned. All through history Dato’ KK will be known as the senile old man who tried to oust the KPN and of cause failed miserably.
This is a wrong doing of the biggest proportion by a Senior Scout leader.
Dato’ KK is power crazy and is eyeing the KPN post, and by doing this he is challenging the powers of His Majesty The King.
The gist of the resolution was the 3 Deputies, which is a non issue as the 3 Deputies have resigned. Hj Shukor, Nasaruddin and Dato’ Kaharudin resigned on 12, 13 and 15 March 2008 respectively.
Till this day Dato’ KK still thinks, acts and dress like he is still the KPPN, he shall have a rude awakening and then hopefully he realize that he is nothing but a senile old man who thinks that he is still the KPPN, Colonel and Professor.
Dato KK, u are a disgrace to all Pengakap in Malaysia.
